This document provides the full legal outline of my case against the ANZ.  It was drafted over a two year period from 2004 to 2006 based on the development of evidence.  Significant damning evidence against the ANZ arose from documents obtained from the ANZ under discovery.

What was of interest is documents that were not able to be discovered such as my personnel file which was “lost”, along with working notes of “counselling” meetings.
