No one has contributed except the ANZ who paid me a significant settlement. This settlement has allowed me to address the issues of reforming the application of ANZ Values. I have attempted to provide accurate information on all assertions. In many instances I base my information on documents that I have acquired either outside my employment or during the dialogue with key people quite apart from the legal action. Obviously a number of documents came to my attention either as an employee or under discovery. I understand I am precluded from providing copies of these documents or referring directly to them.
